講師紹介
Ms. Chris has been living and teaching in Japan for almost 17 years. She is a qualified teacher with an extensive International School and English teaching experience. She spent her first 3 years in Japan working for an established language school in Kagawa and then moved to Kansai in 2006 which signaled the start of her profession in the field of international education. The UK curriculum’s literacy program is the center point of her language instruction and she has been utilizing a thematic approach for English language learning with great success. Some of the schools that she has worked at include Saitama YMCA, Kansai International Academy, Blue Dolphins International Preschool, Language House, Osaka YMCA Language Center and Ritsumeikan Uji’s Rits Kids English Program.
クリス先生は教師として日本に１7年間在住しており、英語教師としての豊富な経験を持ち資格保持者として多くのインターナショナルスクールなどで英語を教えてきました。日本来日後３年間香川県にて英語教育の設立に携わり、その後２００６年に関西へ住居を移したことがきっかけとなり、インターナショナルスクール等の教育現場で教師として働き始めました。クリス先生の導くリテラシー教育は英国におけるリテラシープログラムが基盤となっており、このプログラムを用いた教育方針により効率よく英語を学ぶことができます。これまでの教師経歴として、埼玉ＹＭＣＡ, 関西インターナショナルアカデミー、ブルードルフィンズ・インターナショナルプリスクール、ランゲージハウス、大阪YMCAランゲージセンタ、立命館宇治中学校・高等学校のRits Kidsイングリッシュプログラムなどで働いた経験があります。
